Are you an experienced Plant Mechanic ready for a new challenge? Share your skills, shape the future, and make a real difference by training the next generation of plant professionals.
Location: National Construction College East, Bircham Newton, Norfolk (This is a site based role 5 days per week and doesn't allow for home working)
Hours of Work: Full-time (35 hours per week)
Contract: Permanent
Salary Range: £40,500 - £49,500 per annum
Target Salary: £46,350 per annum
About The Role

What Youll Be Doing
As a Vocational Instructor, youll deliver high-quality training to learners at various stages of their careers. Youll play a key role in shaping the future workforce by:
* Delivering engaging theory and practical training sessions to apprentice and commercial learners
* Supporting learners through assessments and qualifications
* Maintaining industry standards and ensuring a safe learning environment
* Contributing to curriculum development and continuous improvement
What Were Looking For
* Minimum of Level 3 (or equivalent) vocational qualification directly related to the role
* Specialist licence to practice qualifications relevant to the role
* Relevant experience in the construction industry and excellent knowledge of current industry practices
* Minimum of Level 3 teaching qualification (or commitment to achieve within one year of commencing role)
* Assessor Awards (or commitment to achieve within one year of commencing)
* A passion for developing others and sharing knowledge
