Staff Partners are currently looking for Health Care Assistants (HCAs) who are passionate about delivering outstanding care.
Our client provides community healthcare services in Cheshire across various hospitals and wards.
Whether you are seeking block bookings, full-time, part-time, or ad hoc shifts, we can accommodate your preferences.
Main Duties Provide compassionate and competent care to patients and service users based on current evidence of best practice.
Promote health and healing through observing and monitoring well-being, then evaluating the effectiveness of care provided.
Ensure patients' needs are met by liaising with multidisciplinary team members including specialist nurses, doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and social workers, as well as overseeing healthcare assistants, nursing associates, and students.
Safeguard patients.
Provide updates to colleagues, family members, and carers.
Requirements Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Sensitivity and energy to provide trusting care for patients.
A genuine desire to make a positive difference in people's lives.
Experience working in an acute hospital setting or nursing home.
