Responsibilities
* Lead and manage hard FM delivery across 12 sites within the UPP portfolio at NTU.
* Collaborate with the Residence Director to develop and implement processes that support the efficient delivery of Service Level Agreements, the Facilities Management contract, Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Schedule, and Annual Sinking Fund requirements.
* Provide specialist advice and guidance to the operational team on technical matters, working in conjunction with the Sinking Fund team, the central Technical Team, and the Health and Safety team to ensure a skilled approach to all aspects of service delivery and asset management.
* Promote best practice regarding environmental matters and support sites to achieve utilities and carbon reduction targets in line with UPP and NTU sustainability strategies.
Qualifications
* City and Guilds accredited, Authorised Person Mechanical – Pressure systems or equivalent, OR City and Guilds accredited, Authorised Person LV Electrical or equivalent.
* Experience in a technical FM role managing multi-skilled technical teams and building services hard FM delivery.
* Good understanding of health and safety, CAFM systems, BMS, smart building technology and data-led FM.
* Driving licence required and willingness to work additional hours when needed.

* Competitive salary (circa £60,000 per annum).
* Permanent full-time position working 37.5 hours per week 9am–5.30pm Monday to Friday.
