Were looking for a dynamic and commercially astute Head of Hospitality to lead match day and non:match day operations at Nottingham.
As Head of Hospitality, youll play a key leadership role overseeing our full hospitality operation, including match day, conference and banqueting, and VIP experiences. Strong leadership skills, a commitment to high standards, and a passion for training and developing teams are essential for success in this exciting role.
What Youll Do:
Reporting to the General Manager, you will:
x25CF; Maximise profitability through smart financial management and service excellence
x25CF; Deliver high:end, consistent service across all hospitality areas : match days, events, and fine dining
x25CF; Lead and inspire a large hospitality team, ensuring motivation, performance, and development
x25CF; Collaborate across departments including staffing, sales, culinary, and finance to meet business KPIs
x25CF; Take ownership of EPOS and back:of:house systems, stock, GP, and client billing
x25CF; Build strong client and stakeholder relationships to ensure long:term success and satisfaction

What You Bring:
Essential:
x25CF; Proven leadership in hospitality operations, ideally in stadia or large:scale event environments
x25CF; Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, P and Ls, labour, and procuremen
x25CF; Outstanding people leadership skills with a commitment to employee engagement and development
x25CF; High resilience, initiative, and energy with the ability to remain calm under pressure
x25CF; Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
x25CF; Sound understanding of Health and Safety, food hygiene and operational best practice
Desirable:
x25CF; IOSH Managing Safely certified
x25CF; SIA Personal Licence holder
