Our client, a family-owned international manufacturing business, is seeking a Technical and Compliance Assistant to join their team. In this role, you will manage product data in Excel and internal systems - SAP, check specifications against UK standards, and gather information from suppliers and multiple internal departments, ensuring it is accurate, up to date, and shared effectively with colleagues across the business. This is a fast-paced, detail-focused role where your ability to organise information, communicate clearly, and follow through on tasks will make a real impact on product quality and compliance, all the while being supported by a skilled, experience and approachable Manager who will ensure you have all the knowledge and tools to be a success. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update product records, technical documentation, and testing data using Excel and SAP Gather, verify, and clarify product information from suppliers and internal departments Share accurate product and compliance data across teams including production, design, and packaging Check product specifications and packaging information to ensure compliance with company and UK standards Track product testing results and highlight any quality or compliance concerns Support the Technical Manager with day-to-day compliance, reporting, and documentation tasks What Were Looking For Strong attention to detail and accuracy Well organised, able to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively Naturally curious, proactive, and eager to learn Clear, professional communication skills and able to work with multiple stakeholders Able to take ownership of tasks and follow them through to completion Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office applications Some prior experience in an office, administrative, or data-focused role Why Apply?
