Our Tier 1 Legal 500-ranked Employment team in Norwich are seeking an ambitious Associate or Senior Associate to advise leading commercial and public sector clients. The role Are you ready to take the next step in your employment law career? We are looking for an employment law solicitor to join the Employment, Pensions and Immigration NSL, based in our Norwich office, working mainly for employers in the commercial sector. We are looking for either an associate or a senior associate - we are flexible for the right candidate. Key highlights: Advise SMEs, mid-market firms, and global organisations Support regional education and government clients Handle both contentious and non-contentious employment matters Get involved in business development for the Norwich practice The person Being a qualified solicitor with up to 3 years PQE (associate) or up to 6 years PQE (senior associate) Strong drafting, presentation, and client relationship skills Enthusiasm for employment law and team collaboration Desirable: experience supporting corporate transactions You will be self-starting, possessing common sense and initiative, and the ability to work as a team-player working on complex matters. You will also have very good time and documentation management skills and have keen attention to detail. You will be able to build very good relationships with clients, potential clients and multipliers, possess very good research skills, including an ability to use online information sources. Excellent interpersonal and team skills are required, including the ability to work with others, influence and persuade.
