Overview
This role is central to our intervention strategy, focusing on supporting students at risk of not achieving a grade 5 or above. The successful candidate will deliver targeted small group and 1:1 intervention sessions, monitor and track progress, and work closely with the Head of English or Maths, classroom teachers, and senior leaders to ensure students make accelerated progress.

Role Details
We are seeking a talented and motivated qualified teacher of English OR Maths to join our team as a 0.2 - 0.4FTE Tutor on a one-year fixed-term contract, working intensively with Year 11 students to help them secure strong outcomes in GCSE Maths. The role requires strong subject knowledge and a track record of raising attainment in English or Maths, ability to build positive relationships with students, and to use assessment and feedback to close gaps in knowledge and build exam confidence, and a commitment to celebrating student success through praise and positive communication with parents. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and enthusiastic teacher to make a significant impact on student outcomes in the run-up to exams.
Responsibilities
