We have 2 call centre roles available. Temporary role initially until the end of August to be reviewed 22 hours 5pm – 10:30pm Taking inbound calls offering out of hours offering advice and support service. The successful applicant must have an Enhanced DBS check Working on a 3 week rolling rota 22 hours per week week one 17:00pm > 22:30pm Monday to Friday (weekend off) week two 17:00pm > 22:30pm Monday to Friday (weekend off) week three 09:00am > 21:00pm Saturday and Sunday (Monday to Friday off) We also have a full time role 37 hours 11:00pm – 7am The role is shift-based across 7 days. The shift pattern is from 23:00 to 07:00am working permanent night duty They are on an 3 week rota and their shifts include weekend working We require applicants with experience of using computers and telephony skills.
