Options Group is hiring for our Global Summer Internship Programme in London, working within OGiQ, the intellectual capital, research and strategy engine of the firm.

OGiQ is responsible for:
* Developing the firm’s intellectual capital and proprietary analytical tools
* Building and maintaining advanced databases and research frameworks
* Operating as the firm’s central source of market insight and competitive intelligence.
* Transforming proprietary data into actionable insights
You will:
* Support research requests for active executive search mandates
* Develop pools of qualified candidates in advance of client need
* Build targeted source lists and talent mapping frameworks
* Conduct market research to support executive search strategy
