About the Opportunity We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and reputable construction company that prides itself on delivering excellence and maintaining the highest industry standards. They are now seeking an experienced Quality and Compliance Administrator to join their growing team and play a key role in supporting the effective running of their Quality Management System (QMS) and compliance frameworks. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong administrative background, exceptional attention to detail, and a genuine interest in compliance and quality assurance within the construction sector. Role Overview Reporting directly to the Quality and Compliance Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving the company’s Quality Management System, ensuring ongoing compliance with PAS 2030:2023, ISO accreditations, and external audit requirements. You’ll also coordinate and monitor retrofit compliance projects, liaising with clients and professionals to ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted in line with regulations. Key Responsibilities * Maintain and update the Quality Management System (QMS), including revising and reissuing documents such as processes, procedures, and forms. * Support internal and external audits for ISO 9001 and PAS 2030:2023 certifications. * Assist with maintaining compliance across PAS, CHAS, and Constructionline portals. * Liaise with retrofit professionals (including Coordinators and clients) to gather and manage compliance documentation. * Conduct periodic spot checks with the Quality and Compliance Manager to ensure adherence to company processes. * Ensure all compliance documentation and evidence is stored and accessible via the company’s Dropbox system. * Keep the Document Register accurate and current, maintaining previous revisions for audit inspection. * Support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen the company’s quality and compliance standards. * Perform other duties in line with the level and nature of the role. Experience & Skills Required * Proven administrative experience within a quality, compliance, or construction environment. * Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills with excellent record-keeping and organisational ability. * High level of accuracy, with exceptional attention to detail. * Experience working to tight deadlines in a busy, fast-paced setting. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Ability to prioritise workload and handle conflicting demands effectively. * Team-oriented approach with a proactive attitude. * ISO-related experience or qualification (desirable).
