Role: Key Account Manager
Location: Liverpool Street, EC2M
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 + Bonuses OTE (£55K-75K)

Our client is looking for a confident, relationship-driven professional to work alongside an Account Manager, helping convert already-won client projects.
This is not cold sales. You’ll be speaking with Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors who already know our client.
What you’ll be doing:
Maintaining regular contact with existing clients
Gathering updates on projects they’ve secured
Ensuring our client is awarded the project.
Where a client loses a bid, contacting the winning contractor to explore securing the package with them (these are warm conversations—our client is well known in the market)
Keeping project information up to date and supporting smooth handovers internally You’ll thrive here if you come from:
