Internal Account Manager
As an Internal Account Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of UK-based accounts, building strong client relationships while uncovering opportunities to grow revenue. You’ll work closely with the external sales team and customer service to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts
* Proactively contact clients to identify opportunities and drive sales
* Upsell products and solutions to maximize account revenue
* Record client interactions, opportunities, and forecasts in the CRM
* Collaborate with external sales and customer service to deliver a seamless customer experience
About You
* Proven experience in internal sales, telesales, or account management
* Skilled in developing and growing client accounts, including upselling
* Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team
* Positive, flexible, and professional with excellent time management
