We’re looking for a Conference Coordinator to join our friendly team at Reservations2000 Ltd, based in our Hampton office.

We work with a wide range of corporate clients across the UK, helping them plan, source, and manage venues and events of all sizes – from small meetings to large-scale conferences. Our focus is on delivering exceptional service, smooth logistics, and memorable experiences for every client.
About the Role:
You’ll be at the heart of our conference and event operations – managing bookings from the first enquiry through to event completion. Every day is different! You’ll:

Source and liaise with venues and suppliers

Handle all event logistics and details

Support clients to ensure their events run smoothly and successfully
*
Be part of a dynamic, supportive team that loves delivering outstanding results
