MBDA is seeking a Mergers and Acquisitions Manager to lead specific M&A projects, ensuring they are coordinated, planned, and managed to completion.
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 depending on experience
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2-3 days per week on-site)
Security Clearance: British Citizen or Dual UK national with British citizenship. All successful candidates will need to undergo BPSS checks managed by MBDA's Security Team.

The Role:
You will lead MBDA’s strategic M&A initiatives, collaborating with financial, legal, and operational teams to drive transformative deals across Europe. Your responsibilities include conducting due diligence, negotiating, and preparing documentation for approvals, shaping the company's growth in the global defence sector.
Qualifications:
Experience/interest in Aerospace & Defence
Experience with medium/small transactions
Background in M&A advisory, banking, accounting, or private equity
Strong project management skills
Financial and legal knowledge
Ability to handle complex problems at senior levels
Knowledge of MBDA and European markets (desirable)
Willingness to travel to France and other locations
