Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and service-driven
Concierge Team Member
to join our on-site team at Finlaison House. This role is central to the Vallist experience and will act as the first and lasting impression for our members, guests, and partners.
The successful candidate will deliver warm, intuitive, and highly professional concierge services, ensuring every interaction reflects Vallist's commitment to exceptional hospitality, discretion, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome members and guests with confidence, warmth, and professionalism
* Deliver front-of-house and reception services to a premium standard
* Manage reservations, meeting room bookings, and guest registrations
* Respond to member enquiries and special requests with efficiency and care
* Support day-to-day operations to ensure the workspace runs seamlessly
* Maintain immaculate presentation of reception and shared spaces
* Act as a trusted point of contact for members, anticipating needs where possible
* Collaborate closely with the wider operations and sales teams to deliver a cohesive member experience
Skills & Qualifications
* Experience in concierge services, front-of-house, or reservations management
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proven ability to deliver outstanding guest and member experiences
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a dynamic environment
* Calm, polished, and professional demeanour at all times
* Strong team player with a proactive and positive attitude
* Previous experience in hospitality, luxury services, private members' clubs, hotels, or premium workspaces is a strong advantage
