The Role
* Advise employer clients on a full range of employment matters, both contentious and advisory
* Represent clients in Employment Tribunal and High Court proceedings
* Draft employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
* Deliver client training and support business development initiatives
* Collaborate with colleagues across departments and jurisdictions
The Person
* Qualified Solicitor in Scotland with ideally 2–5 years' PQE in Employment Law
* Experience handling both contentious and non-contentious employment matters
* Strong technical and drafting skills, with a commercial and pragmatic approach
* Confident in client engagement and relationship building
