Our client is looking to appoint an Administrator/Receptionist on a full time, permanent basis. The purpose of the role is to provide office support to management and employees, coordinating daily administrative and reception tasks.
Duties include:
1. Answering, transferring calls and taking messages.
2. Filing and Archiving of Financial and Project documents.
3. Conference room bookings and diary management.
4. Maintain a tidy reception area, arranging refreshments for visitors/meetings.
5. Receiving, sorting, distributing and logging Incoming/Outgoing Mail.
6. Printing, laminating and producing memos, letters etc.
7. Preparing Health and Safety folders and handover to Contract Manager/Project Managers.
