The role of Executive PA

This C-Suite role will support the CCO, CFO, COO and their respective teams where appropriate.
The Executive PA's primary role is supporting and efficiently providing proactive business support. You will advise on priorities, manage diaries, extensive international travel bookings and support the effective flow of work through their area.
In this role, you are required to have very strong administrative and organisational skills, along with the ability to build and maintain great working relationships with people at all levels across the business. You will be able to plan and prioritise in both the short and longer-term to ensure the internal and external commitments of your Executive team are met.
To be successful in your role
* Previous PA/ EA experience with in a commercial setting, supporting at CXO or Board level, ideally within Finance, Fintech or Legal sectors.
* Experience of supporting multiple senior stakeholders at once.
* Highly organised with great attention to detail.
* An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Responsibilities
* Manage daily calendar, travel and expenses on behalf of your executive members. Filter, draft, compile and cascade information in a timely manner. Some mailbox management may be required.
* Co-ordinate complex meetings across multiple time-zones.
* UK and overseas business travel - organising itineraries, flights, transportation, hotels, passports and business visas.
* Handling of highly confidential information, always maintaining complete discretion and integrity.
* Lead or contribute to special projects as assigned by the Exec, working closely with global counterparts.
* Support the efficient running of the Exec Team meetings and other key governance groups, working closely with the CoSec or other functions where appropriate.
* Assist the EA to the CEO when required, working closely to ensure seamless support across the Exec Suite.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments, external clients and vendors.
* Processing invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims in a timely manner.
Experience And Qualifications
* Experience supporting senior management within fast-paced, dynamic environments. Finance, Fintech or Legal sectors preferred, start-up experience helpful.
* Have a high level of technical experience in MS Office 365 suite and beyond. AI experience (Co-pilot, etc) highly desirable.
* High levels of EQ and comfortable working with a wide range of personalities (Sales/ Bus Dev, Ops, Tech, Finance).
