The Successful Field Service Engineer - Package: * Salary: £34,000 – £37,000 per annum * Benefits: Company van, paid door to door * Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15am to 4:45pm * Progression: £10,000 worth of training opportunities The Successful Field Service Engineer - Duties and Responsibilities: * Repair and overhaul of engines, transmissions, hydraulics, and axles * Perform fault diagnosis on mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems * Deliver on-site servicing and breakdown support across the Midlands * Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company procedures * Communicate effectively with customers and provide regular updates * Suggest improvements to boost operational efficiency * Provide mentoring for junior engineers and apprentices when needed The Successful Field Service Engineer - Requirements: * At least 5 years’ experience working on Plant, Bus, or Agricultural machinery * Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills * Proficiency with diagnostic tools and IT systems * Excellent organisational and communication skills * Valid UK driving licence Apply Now!
