G.Digital | G&T (girls and tech!) are looking for a Senior Project Manager on behalf of our client, who’s not just organised, but inspiring. Someone who can take a complex digital roadmap, bring the right people together, and deliver projects that feel effortless (even when they’re not).
You’ll be joining a forward thinking digital team working across performance marketing, eCommerce, web builds, and digital intelligence.
Responsibilities
* Guide the PM team with confidence, clarity, and digital best practice
* Be the calm, trusted escalation point when things get messy
* Solve scheduling challenges with a cool head and a strategic mindset
* Help shape processes that make our delivery smoother and smarter
* Mentor junior PMs and set the tone for a supportive, inclusive team
* Partner with clients and specialists to define scope, timelines, and budgets with confidence
* Build project plans and documentation that keep everyone aligned
* Collaborate with developers to estimate work and keep delivery on track
* Make sure every piece of work is delivered beautifully and meets spec
* Create efficiencies that make each project feel smoother than the last
* Work closely with QA testers to ensure high quality output
* Deliver clear reporting to clients and internal teams
* Support senior PM leadership on the biggest, boldest, most challenging projects
Qualifications
* Solid experience as a Project Manager in digital or agency environments
* Confident decision making and independent problem solving
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* A love for websites, UX, CRO, development, CMS platforms, SEO, and all things digital
* Experience working closely with designers, developers, and cross‑functional teams
* Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methods
* A talent for clearly communicating complex ideas to clients and stakeholders
* Ability to set expectations, steer conversations, and guide clients toward the right decisions
* Confidence leading client‑facing meetings
* High attention to detail with a commercial first mindset
* Experience with CMS systems (e.g. Shopify, Kentico, Umbraco, Adobe, BigCommerce)
* Familiarity with Jira, TeamGantt, HubPlanner or similar PM tools
