Responsibilities
* Lead transformation by designing programs focused on putting the customer at the center of our clients' businesses.
* Help reshape customer-facing functions by crafting future operating models.
* Drive strategic impact in customer strategy, digital service design, CX, and marketing/sales modernization.
* Inspire and guide multi-disciplinary teams of analysts, designers, technologists, and specialists.
* Build trusted relationships as a strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders, including C-suite leaders.
* Stay ahead by championing new technologies, data analytics, and digital trends in customer engagement.
Qualifications
* You have expertise in customer centric large scale transformation
* You have a strong background in financial services and in particular the life and pensions or wealth management sectors (leading programs of £1.5m+)
* You excel at understanding and addressing client needs
* You can communicate effectively and build lasting relationships
* You can manage priorities and successfully lead projects
* You demonstrate leadership in direct consulting and project management
