Our client, a well-established and forward-thinking organisation, is seeking an Administrator to join their busy and collaborative team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual who enjoys a varied, desk-based role with plenty of scope to take ownership and make a real impact.
Working within the Technical department, you'll play a key part in managing customer and consumer feedback from initial contact through to resolution, ensuring records are maintained accurately and insights are shared across the business. You'll also co-ordinate reporting activities and support the continuous improvement of internal processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing customer and consumer feedback, ensuring all information is recorded, investigated, and followed up appropriately
Liaising with internal teams (including Quality, Production and Engineering) to identify root causes and track resolutions
Handling data entry and report generation using bespoke internal systems and Microsoft Office applications
Identifying trends and supporting improvements based on feedback and reporting outcomes
Communicating professionally and empathetically with customers, primarily via email (with occasional phone contact)
Taking ownership of tasks and ensuring deadlines are met
About You:
Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must, with excellent attention to detail
Empathetic and professional in handling customer interactions
Highly organised, able to prioritise multiple tasks and work to deadlines
Confident using IT systems (Outlook, Word, Excel, and bespoke software)
A collaborative team player who enjoys problem-solving and continuous improvement
Tenacious and proactive in driving resultsThis is a full time, office based position, although school hours or a 4 day working week may also be considered for the right candidate. You will be working as part of a friendly and supportive team, and will have the exciting opportunity to shape and improve processes within a key business function.
