* £12.80 per hour - same rate weekdays AND weekends
* Paid travel time at £12.21 per hour
* Mileage allowance - 0.25p per mile
* Bank Holiday premium - £18.75 per hour
* Christmas premium - £25.00 per hour

Who We're Looking For:
* Qualified care workers must have a minimum NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
* Career changers seeking meaningful work
* Anyone passionate about person-centred care
* Previous care experience preferred but not essential
Your Role:
* Deliver high-quality personal care in clients' homes
* Support with daily living activities and medication
* Provide emotional support and companionship
* Maintain accurate care records
