 1. Team Leadership & Development: Hire, support, and evaluate Property Managers using quarterly scorecards to drive performance in leasing, collections, and community standards.
 2. Operational Excellence: Champion process documentation and training through a continuous cycle of SOP creation, auditing, and improvement.
 3. Financial Oversight: Develop and manage annual budgets for each property, ensuring alignment with financial goals and operational needs.
 4. Training & Enablement: Lead training initiatives that enhance sales, marketing, and operational capabilities through monthly sessions, email tips, and on-site visits.
 5. Portfolio Performance: Monitor and improve property efficiency, sales velocity, and team productivity across both growth and static assets.
