Your mission will be to support them in managing and sustaining their interim accommodation while helping them navigate their pathway to a stable home.**About the Role**The **Resident Welfare Officer** role involves a mix of administrative, practical, and supportive tasks, primarily focused on helping service users with their housing and well-being needs. This position is very service-oriented, requiring strong organisation and communication skills. You’ll need the ability to balance administrative tasks with hands-on support.This position is a fieldbased role, it does come with a Company Car to cover the required patch.
