Duties:
* Carry out high-quality panel repairs on damaged vehicles
* Assess vehicle damage and determine appropriate repair methods as a Panel Beater
* Remove, repair, and replace damaged panels efficiently
* Realign chassis and bodywork to manufacturer standards
* utilise welding and panel beating techniques as required
* Work effectively to meet deadlines and maximise bonus earning potential
* Maintain a clean, organised workshop environment
* Ensure all work complies with industry standards and safety regulations
Requirements:
* Level 3 qualification in Body/Vehicle Repair (essential)
* Proven previous experience as a Panel Beater within a bodyshop or accident repair environment
* Strong knowledge of repair techniques and vehicle body alignment
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
* Motivated to work efficiently and maximise bonus opportunities
* Hold a full UK driving licence
