We're seeking a skilled and proactive Shift Engineer to join their close-knit, high-performing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is looking to be part of a forward-thinking company investing heavily in the future of production technology.
Duties
* Assess production breakdowns with Manufacturing/Technical teams to prioritise intervention/resources.
* Apply hands-on engineering to restore equipment quickly, minimising downtime and waste.
* Complete assigned PPM/inspections on time with full documentation, demonstrating preventative maintenance commitment.
* Follow approved spares ordering and booking out procedures.
* Proactively identifying Equipment risk and actioning before equipment failure can happen.
Requirements
* Maintenance experience within the FMCG/Manufacturing - desirable
* Multi skilled with an electrical bias
* Relevant Electrical qualifications
* Understanding of H&S
* Forward-thinking with CI exposure
