Job Description:
We are recruiting for a Payroll Co-ordinator on a temporary-to-permanent basis in Bridge of Don. Joining an established team, you will handle payroll processing, data entry, and compliance. Previous payroll experience and strong attention to detail are required.
* Collaborate with HR and Finance Teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.
* Update employee records in the payroll system, including new hires, terminations, and pay changes.
* Prepare and process payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies and legal requirements.
* Reconcile timekeeping records to ensure correct payment of wages.
* Compile monthly payroll data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
* Calculate wage increases, overtime, and other employee entitlements.
* Resolve payroll discrepancies and address employee inquiries promptly.
* Verify processed salary information for accuracy.
* Ensure compliance with relevant payroll regulations and internal policies.
* Generate payroll reports as required by management.
* Submit pension contributions on time and ensure data accuracy with providers.
* Prepare shadow payrolls where necessary.
* Assist with year-end filings for employees and tax authorities.
* Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
