In this M&E Revit Technician role they are looking for someone who has been working with Revit and focusing on producing building services (M&E) drawings.
The projects they undertake are varied, ranging from relatively straight forward retail schemes to large commercial offices and complex (especially from a coordination point of view) factories and data centres.
The role is based north of Leeds with limited public transport options while there is ample on site parking. Due to the complexity of the projects undertaken, the team predominantly works in the office, particularly as their Revit machines are desktop computers rather than laptops!
In terms of rewards, the practice is offering 25 days holiday, enhanced pension scheme, bonus and a range of tax friendly benefits such as childcare vouchers and cycle to work scheme as well as a salary of c. £38k depending upon your level of experience.
