We are now recruiting for a Support Worker to join our friendly well-established teams at our Residential service in Dereham, Norfolk.
We support 6 individuals in our home. Each individual is provided with care and support tailored to their individual needs, be that complex communication needs, physical health conditions, multi-sensory impairments.
Care is provided around the clock. We take particular pride in the range of activities and wellbeing events we provide. You will often find yourself out on offsite activities, day trips and holidays. Some examples of community activities include Horse Riding, bowling, swimming and music lessons. Your role would also include personal care, medication administration and a small amount of manual handling (hoisting) where necessary.
We are flexible in our shifts and the general shift patterns are as follows: 7:00am-4:00pm and 4:00pm-10:00pm. Sleep-ins are also available as overtime. This will be discussed with you at interview.
