Quality and Curriculum Advisor – Remote (South West)
Salary: Up to £45,000 + £6,000 car allowance + extensive benefits
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Our client, a leading childcare organisation with a strong reputation for quality and excellence, is looking for a Quality and Curriculum Advisor to drive outstanding practice across their nurseries.
This role is perfect for experienced Senior Nursery Managers, Multi-Site Managers, or those providing regional quality support who are ready to step up and influence practice at a regional level.
What you’ll do:
* Lead quality audits, mock inspections, and improvement initiatives
* Support Nursery Managers to develop bespoke, engaging curriculums
* Cascade policy updates and deliver training across your region
* Monitor quality data, RAG ratings, and inspection readiness
* Provide expert guidance during Ofsted inspections to help achieve “Good” or “Outstanding” outcomes
What we’re looking for:
1. Proven early years leadership experience in quality, curriculum, or compliance
2. Strong understanding of Ofsted frameworks and inspection processes
