Site based Administrator - Poole
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Site Administrator to join a prestigious Regional Contractor on a permanent basis. Our client is one of the UK's leading providers of extensive infrastructure projects & high spec commercial builds they have a flagship development based in Poole which is seeking a construction biased Site Administrator to join their to see this project and future works through to completion/
You will be part of the team responsible for management of documents, staff diaries and point of contact for visitors based on site in their cabin.
Utilising your previous experience within a similar role, preferably within a construction/civil engineering sector.
Duties will include:
* Toolbox talks & Inductions talks
* Documentation management, storage and record management
* Providing support to both the on-site operational team and liaising with head office as and when required
* Monitor and manage KPI's and compliance throughout sites
