Adder Technology is hiring a technically accomplished and people-focused Head of Electronics to lead our hardware and FPGA engineering team in Cambridge. You’ll be a key member of our engineering leadership team, combining technical excellence with strategic oversight. From high-speed digital and analogue design to FPGA development, you’ll champion best practices, inspire innovation, and ensure delivery of exceptional platform-based products. You’ll be managing cradle to grave life cycles – delivering on time, to budget, and to the highest standards.
As a strategic technical leader, you’ll inspire and nurture a talented team of engineers, manage multi-disciplinary projects, optimise resource allocation, and enable the team to do their best work. Your decisions and leadership will directly impact product delivery, reliability, innovation, and Adder’s reputation for engineering excellence.

* Balance technical leadership with people management, resource allocation, and mentoring of engineers.
