Competitive Pay: £15.75 per hour £278 monthly shift allowance Weekly Rotating Shifts: Early Shift: 06:00 - 14:00 Late Shift: 13:00 - 21:00 Saturday Shift Requirement: Up to 6 Saturdays per year Career Growth: Training and development opportunities to enhance your skills What You'll Do As a Production Operative, you'll play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly and safely. Your responsibilities will include: Safely operating forklift trucks to move, load, and unload goods Handling and transporting gas cylinders in accordance with strict safety procedures Supporting the processing, inspection, and movement of gas products Accurately picking and packing orders for despatch Maintaining a clean and organised workspace Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations Collaborating with team members to optimise workflow and efficiency What We're Looking For We're seeking reliable and safety-conscious individuals with: Essential experience in gas handling and cylinder operations Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance, Reach, or other types) - desirable Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment - essential A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to safety Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team Apply Today!
