We’re Powerforce, an award-winning field marketing agency, and we’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as Retail Sales Trainers for Lenovo & Motorola. This role is ideal if you’re a graduate eager to break into the tech industry or if you’ve worked in consumer tech retail sales and want to take your career to the next level.
Salary: £25,000 per annum + up to 15% bonus + Company car
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Working: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week – occasional weekends in lieu for events / in-store training
Territory: Midlands (Loughborough, Nottingham, Leicester, Tamworth)
What You’ll Do
* Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions to retail store teams
* Become a Lenovo & Motorola product expert and share your knowledge with confidence
* Inspire sales by coaching, motivating, and supporting retail staff
* Boost visibility and sales with merchandising, promotions, and POS displays
* Represent global brands at events and product launches
What We’re Looking For
* Strong communication and presentation skills – you enjoy engaging people
* Experience in retail, training, or customer-facing roles (consumer electronics/tech retail a strong advantage)
* A real passion for technology and willingness to learn
* A full UK manual driving licence for at least 12 months
