Head of Account Management – Private Sector Location: National / Hybrid Department: Client Services At Marston Holdings, we deliver trusted, regulated enforcement and debt recovery services to private sector clients. We’re seeking a commercially driven leader to take ownership of our Private Sector Account Management function, with a strong focus on B2B client retention, growth, and re-engagement. This is a senior leadership role, managing high-value accounts, leading a high-performing team, and playing a central role in strengthening long-term partnerships. Acting as a senior escalation point for Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients, you’ll work closely with Business Development and Operations to ensure client expectations, compliance, and commercial outcomes are met. A key focus of this role is B2B relationship management and expanding existing accounts. What you’ll be responsible for Leading the strategy of the private sector account management function Building, leading, and developing a high-performing account management team Managing senior B2B client relationships and acting as a key escalation point Ensuring contractual, regulatory, and legal compliance across services Monitoring performance against SLAs, KPIs, and commercial targets Supporting tenders, renewals, and consistent service delivery with Business Development and Operations Identifying growth, service improvement, and cross-selling opportunities What we’re looking for Essential Senior account management or leadership experience in a B2B environment Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams Experience across the full debt lifecycle: High Court Enforcement, early-stage collections, DCA, litigation, and field operations Experience managing private sector clients across Financial Services, Utilities, Water, Motor, Commercial, or Consumer Debt Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, including TCOG, Consumer Duty, and FCA, OFGEM, OFWAT requirements Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills at senior level Analytical and data-driven, able to translate insight into action Full UK driving licence Desirable Knowledge of civil enforcement legislation and relevant codes of conduct (National Standards, CIVEA) Experience with CRM and enforcement case management systems Why join Marston Holdings?
