Your role
In this role, you will work within Aspiring Futures in Children and Families (Education), collaborating with colleagues who deliver careers guidance, youth employment support, and provider engagement. You will lead the collation of data from internal and external tracking systems across schools and post 16 providers to confirm young people’s destination outcomes. You will supervise individual tracking processes alongside the team’s Apprentice. With oversight of the national NCCIS database and the local IYSS CRM, you will manage data validation to ensure accurate reporting. You will also lead on the team’s financial processes, liaising closely with Finance on payment systems.
Qualifications
You will demonstrate strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and appropriately challenge situations. You will bring innovative thinking to improve data systems and processes, alongside excellent digital skills and experience in multi‑disciplinary, front‑facing administrative roles. You will have a good understanding of employment and skills provision and understand Local Authority duties around participation or young people. You will have the ability to accurately record and quality‑assure data and present information clearly for performance management. You will work autonomously, have experience of supporting and mentoring staff, and hold a Level 3 qualification with evidence of ongoing professional development.
