Branch Manager – Huws Gray Aberystwyth
We’re looking for a Branch Manager to join us at Huws Gray Aberystwyth. As a Branch Manager, you’ll lead a high‑performing team, drive business growth, and ensure our customers receive exceptional service.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Making sure you, your team and our customers are safe by following all the appropriate guidelines
* Delivering top‑tier customer service that keeps people coming back
* Managing branch performance whilst maximising its profitability – including P&L and customer ledger responsibilities
* Developing business opportunities – growing relationships with new and existing customers
* Ensuring your transport is used to its full potential
* Supporting and mentoring your team through delegation, training, one‑to‑ones, and reviews
* Overseeing branch resources – including stock, equipment, and vehicles
What You’ll Bring
