You're part of a team that shows up, stands together, and leads with purpose.OverviewJoin our International Survey and Assessment (ISA) team as a Survey Case Assistant. This is a key support role in a fast-paced, global environment. You'll help ensure surveys run smoothly, documents are accurate, and everyone involved is supported. You'll work closely with our Office Manager and Global Operations Manager, gaining valuable experience with international clients and time-sensitive projects.

How you'll make an impactIn this role, you'll manage survey and project cases from start to finish. You'll organise survey schedules, keep records up to date, and ensure all documentation is accurate and delivered on time. You'll liaise with clients, surveyors, and vendors across different time zones, ensuring everything runs smoothly. You'll also help the team with general administrative tasks, contributing to the success of the department.Here's what you'll be doing:Keeping case files organised and accurate.Reviewing and issuing reports, invoices, and documents.Monitoring deadlines and ensuring timely progress.Communicating professionally with stakeholders.

About YouHere's what you'll bring to the role:A knack for organisation and managing your time well.Confidence in communicating via email and phone.A sharp eye for detail and the ability to maintain high standards under pressure.A collaborative mindset, but also comfortable working independently.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new systems.Awareness of working across time zones is a plus.A desire to learn, take responsibility, and grow in an international environment.
