You’ll help take ideas from first conversation to show-day reality. Shaping, planning and delivering events that feel cool, considered, confident and anything-but-ordinary.
In practice, that looks like:
* Being a reassuring, switched-on first point of contact for clients. Listening properly, asking better questions, and shaping clear briefs for the Gustaf team and our trusted partners.
* Turning briefs into compelling event ideas that deliver what the client wants, and often more.
* Finding the right venues that fit the brief, the mood and the moment—not just the ones that happen to be free.
* Building detailed, well-thought-through budgets and guiding clients through the numbers.
* Creating proposals that are clear, confident and persuasive; presenting and pitching them through to contract.
* Researching, negotiating and working closely with suppliers from start to finish across costs, contracts, briefs and on-the-day delivery.
* Owning the full production of events end-to-end, maintaining reliability and resilience when challenges arise.
* Taking responsibility for how clients’ events land, keeping things calm, organized and on track.
* Ensuring every event runs smoothly for clients, venues and suppliers with strong attention to detail and clear communication.
* Using Gustaf’s planning tools and processes (project plans, status reports, event documentation) accurately and on time.
* Staying curious about production, entertainment, catering and new ideas, and knowing what’s worth recommending.
* Building great client relationships through trust, clarity and follow-through.
* Showing up in a way that makes Gustaf better by pitching in, backing the team, and acting with care and intent.

What you’re letting yourself in for

Clients will trust you to be detail-focused from start to finish and to understand what they’re aiming to achieve. You’ll budget precisely, time plans accurately, and help your team, partners and suppliers perform at their best. You’ll ensure the right people and elements are in the right places at the right times, and you’ll work at a fast pace without sacrificing quality.
You’ll already have a few years of event experience behind you. If you live for bringing epic ideas to life with meticulous attention to detail in a collaborative environment, this could be the role for you.
Required attributes includes strong communication, people management, negotiation skills and the ability to produce corporate events from ideas to budgeting.
Requirements
* Already have event agency experience is a big plus.
* Knowledge of Canva and Google Drive is a bonus.
* Excellent verbal and written communication, and strong attention to detail.
* Experience producing corporate events from concept through budgeting to delivery.
* People management skills.
* Strong negotiation skills.
* Willingness to travel around the UK and overseas; flexible hours for evenings/weekends as live events require.
* Ability to work as part of a diverse team and uphold company conduct.
