What you will get up too?
Work closely with the Head chef to maintain and elevate food quality and consistency at scale, protecting the groups reputation and guest expectations
Support with the day to day running of the kitchen driving kitchen operations to maintain the high standards and deliver an outstanding product at scale
Act as a brand ambassador in your kitchen, modelling a modern, people first leadership style rather than old-school back-of-house mentality
Working closely with the senior team to align food operations and commercial performance
