At Strengthify, we’re proud to be working with a small but growing group of paying clients across Higher Education and the NHS. This role is about helping them get real value from the services they’ve chosen, while also working with them to uncover further ways we can support teams across their organisation.
You’ll be building on warm relationships, not cold calling. But you will need a commercial mindset, curiosity, and the ability to spot new opportunities – whether that’s identifying repeat needs, supporting wider rollouts, or encouraging intros to other teams and departments.
This is a key role in our next phase of growth. You’ll be the person who nurtures our most important relationships, helps clients succeed, and uncovers the potential for longer-term partnerships across the public sector.

Our main focus is the UK public sector, particularly Higher Education and the NHS. We're continuing to refine and expand a working model that's already making a difference. We’re also exploring opportunities with local authorities and the wider public sector.
While we’re still a small team, we’re past the pilot stage. We’ve delivered results, learned what works, and are now focused on scaling impact and deepening relationships with existing clients.

What You'll Do
* Manage and grow relationships with key clients in Higher Education and the NHS
* Ensure clients get value from the services they’ve purchased, such as workshops, management development and ongoing support
* Spot and develop new opportunities within existing accounts
* Build trust and help clients connect us with other departments or areas of the organisation
* Work with colleagues to shape account strategies and plans
* Attend key meetings, events and workshops (virtual and in-person)
* Record client activity and updates in our CRM (HubSpot)
* Meet agreed activity and outcome goals
What We're Looking For
You might have worked in client success, account management, consultancy or B2B relationship roles before - ideally with experience in the public sector or complex service environments.
What we’re looking for:
* Typically 10+ years of relevant B2B experience - but we’re more interested in the right mindset and track record than time served
* Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
* Commercial thinking with a focus on long-term value, not quick wins
* A curious, empathetic approach to relationship building
* Ability to work across different levels and teams within large organisations
* Self-motivation and confidence working independently in a remote team
Experience in the NHS, Higher Education or broader public sector would be helpful, but not essential.
The Practical Bits
* Location: UK-based, remote working with occasional travel to clients or our Burgess Hill office
* Type: Full-time or part-time, depending on the right person
* Salary: £45,000–£50,000 FTE, plus performance-based bonus. There’s strong potential to earn an additional £15,000–£25,000 or more per year, depending on performance
* Holidays: 40 days per year (FTE, including bank holidays)
* Pension: 5% employer contribution
