Senior Human Resources Advisor
My client, a well renowned international Law Firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Advisor to join their function on an initial 12 month FTC basis. This role can be based in any of the Firm’s regional offices across North West, West Yorkshire or Scotland.
Duties will include:
1. Partner with a specific "fee-earner" area of the business to provide high-level generalist HR support.
2. Dealing with complex Employee Relations, including disciplinaries and grievances.
3. Providing advice to managers.
4. Assisting with performance management across the practice group and supporting the annual review process.
5. Liaising with line managers and working closely with the Resourcing Team to establish business cases for recruitment needs and support throughout the offer stage.
6. Being involved with various HR projects.
The Senior Human Resources Advisor will need to be an experienced HR generalist with knowledge of working in a Business Partnering environment, and must be able to manage multiple HR duties at once. They will also need to be personable, with the ability to forge strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders and possess excellent written and oral skills. Experience of working in a similar environment or professional service is essential.
