Electrical Installers required for a 3 year contract of social housing upgrades. The suitable electrician will have a minimum of 18th edition qualification and ideally have experience of domestic periodic inspections. Each property requires a test, then installation of a new CCU and surge protection switch along with new wireless smoke and heat alarms, and then a retest.
Solo workers are currently achieving 1 property per day and pairs are completing roughly 8-9 per week and supervisors are on site to assist and guide.
Electrical installers must have their own tools and transport and be available to work Mon-Fri.
