About the role
Working closely with our COO, the Operations Project Lead will play a central role in delivering high-impact projects across Agincares care services.Youll help maintain momentum, ensure milestones are met, and support teams to deliver projects on time, to the required standard, and within budget.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that requires strong sector knowledgeideally within elderly carealongside the confidence to influence others, build rapport quickly, and galvanise teams around shared goals.Youll gather insight from senior stakeholders, track progress across multiple workstreams, identify risks, and support recovery plans where needed.Clear written communication is essential, as youll provide regular updates and reports to senior leaders.
