Respond promptly to maintenance requests, undertake routine property checks, and report issues requiring specialist contractors. Prepare properties for new clients by completing cleaning, minor repairs, and decorative works to required standards. Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety requirements and Langley Trust policies, maintaining accurate records of tasks and materials. Work collaboratively with service managers and internal teams, prioritising urgent repairs and representing the Trust professionally when required.
