As a Mortgage and Protection Adviser, your role is to proactively own and manage high quality mortgage, protection and GI advice following the Openwork Sales Process guidelines. This is a permanent, hybrid role, based in our Swindon office, with the requirement to be in the office 3 days a week. Key Responsibilities: Managing communications with clients, advisers and 3 rd party contacts. Demonstrating an excellent and comprehensive up to date knowledge of existing Openwork Mortgage, Protection & GI product suite. Identifying customer needs and provide accurate and compliant advice relevant to customer’s individual situation through professional and confident communication. Pro-actively follow up pipeline cases proactively and timely to establish a case resolution Ensuring that all cases follow the Openwork’s T&C Framework. Be responsible for the end to end advice process.
