As an Events Waiter at Haymarket Hotel, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience.
Responsibilities:
Engaging with guests by taking orders and making tailored recommendations.
Delivering food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
Processing payments accurately.
Responding to guest requests with a keen sense of urgency and attention to detail.
What you Need:
A team player with a keen willingness to collaborate and support colleagues.
Prior experience in a similar environment is desirable but not essential.
Excellent customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
A meticulous eye for detail and a strong enthusiasm for the hospitality industry.
