To support this expansion, the company is actively seeking experienced Injection Moulding Technicians to join its dynamic and forward-thinking team.
***£35,000-£40,000, Mon-Fri, 5% pension contributions, 33 days holiday (inc BH)***
Working within a purpose built, environmentally conscious facility that champions continuous improvement and sustainable manufacturing, you'll play a vital role in developing and growing the moulding operations from the ground up.
Key Duties of an Injection Moulding Technician:
* Install and set up new injection moulding machinery and ancillary equipment
* Prepare, set, and run jobs in line with documented processes, quality standards, and target cycle times
* Troubleshoot and resolve processing issues to ensure optimal machine performance
* Conduct visual and dimensional inspections to verify product compliance with specifications
* Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and lubrication of machines
* Continuously seek to improve work processes and personal performance
