About the role…
As Stores Person, you’ll play a vital role in managing goods across multiple departments. You'll be responsible for ensuring accurate stock levels, smooth goods-in and dispatch operations, and supporting the operational teams.
As a Stores Person you will be…
Unloading and Loading vehicles/trucks with forklift truck, relocating/moving goods around the premises and maintaining stock inventory and ordering new stock in when required. Assisting SHEQ/Engineers with booking test equipment in and out and daily forklift pre use inspections/waste transfer notes/waste collection and removals. Assisting planning department with getting materials/test equipment ready for jobs. Maintain a clean working area across the premises and keeping a log of items issued out and carrying out small maintenance tasks.
About you…
Previous experience working as Stores Person and Forklift truck using attached booms experience and the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced working environment. You will need good organisation skills and a good understanding of MS office suite.
Qualifications
Forklift truck licence and Full UK Driving Licence
Telehandler license desirable
